Woman(ish) presents “All in the Family”

April 9, 2026 at Lucky Dog in Beacon, NY

Improv team of women, femmes & thems performs at Beacon’s new venue, Lucky Dog, at Beacon Music Factory

Woman(ish), a generation-spanning improv team of women, femmes, and thems, will be performing at Lucky Dog, Beacon Music Factory’s new venue, on April 9, 2026.

This time around the Woman(ish) team explores every nook and cranny of biological and chosen families with “All in the Family” at Lucky Dog, the new venue created by Beacon Music Factory founder Stephen Clair. The show's theme honors Woman(ish) team-member Jennifer DeMello-Nordmark, who is currently on maternity leave.

Woman(ish)'s performance will be followed by a “Mixer,” so audience members can join the performers and try out a bit of improv themselves.

With shows 100% performed, directed, marketed, and produced by women and nonbinary individuals from the Hudson Valley area, the Woman(ish) team spans Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X.

Woman(ish) was recently awarded second runner-up for “Fest Best” at the inaugural Newburgh Fringe Festival. The team now brings it all back to Beacon, where they debuted last year with a Women’s History Month (March) show.
