A Catskill man, Danny Fuller, aged 59, is in custody without bail after being charged with multiple offenses, including rape, following an incident at Rainbow Cabins on State Route 32. The incident occurred early Friday morning (September 12) when Fuller allegedly broke into the cabin of a 48-year-old woman and engaged in unwanted sexual contact while she was asleep. A three-year-old child under the victim's care was also present during the attack.

After the victim awoke, a physical altercation ensued, and Fuller fled to his nearby residence. Authorities quickly located and arrested him without incident. According to New York State Police, Fuller faces charges of third-degree rape, a Class E felony; second-degree burglary, a Class C felony; and endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor. He was arraigned in Cairo Town Court and remanded to Greene County Jail. A full stay-away order of protection has been issued for the victim.

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities have stated that Fuller was the woman's neighbor, residing in another cabin nearby. Anyone with additional information is encouraged to contact the New York State Police.
