In a testament to the seriousness afforded to the UFO phenomenon in recent years, a British financial expert has advised the Bank of England to be prepared for possible alien disclosure. The jaw-dropping recommendation reportedly came from Helen McCaw, a former senior analyst at the institution for ten years. In a letter addressed to Andrew Bailey, head of the Bank of England, she posited that the United States "appears to be partway through a multi-year process to declassify and disclose information on the existence of a technologically advanced non-human intelligence" behind the UFO phenomenon.
