For most of her life, 19 Kids and Counting and Counting On star Jessa Duggar has been in the public eye, so she is used to her every move being commented on. Since the shows have ended, the reality star has used social media to keep fans up to date with everything going on with her, and she also continues to have her choices questioned by commenters.

Among the content she posts are pictures and videos of her husband, Ben Seewald, and their four children, and often it's how she parents those kids that is put under a microscope. She has been criticized for letting her kids use a cell phone, for how her kids close a door, for the haircut she gave her child, for her toddler's dirty feet, for her kid having an accident, even for letting her kids make crafts. Well now, the 32-year-old reality star is under fire once again following a trip to the religious attraction Ark Encounter in Kentucky.

Like any visitor would, Jessa took photos of her family at the life-size version of Noah's ark, but all many people could focus on was how her three-year-old daughter Fern didn't have any shoes on during the trip.

One commenter on Reddit said, "If you want them barefoot at home fine. But these people with kids barefoot in public places it’s just gross." Another person wrote, "They're classic hillbillies – Britney Spears was snapped by photogs barefoot in a gas station bathroom! These ppl don't care." Someone else stated, "Jessa is honestly just a slob."

Fans came to Jessa's defense though, saying, "Kids are frequently barefoot/shoeless/wearing inappropriate footwear, because they are kids. Am I missing something?" and, "Maybe something happened to the shoes? They got wet? They broke?… the bottoms tore off? Sometimes these posts are a bit ridiculous when nobody knows the situation."

Jessa has not addressed the critics. You can keep up to date with her on her Instagram.
