That’s right, Private Function’s new album, titled ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, was made available in a scratch-and-sniff vinyl edition that evokes the scent of the Oscar-winning actress’ nether region.
As guitarist Lauren Hester explained, the band was inspired by the “This Smells Like My Vagina” candle that was sold via Paltrow’s wellness and lifestyle company Goop. However, with the candle no longer available via Goop’s website, and selling for hundreds of dollars on the secondary market, Private Function had to get a little creative along the way.'
